Littlewoods - Returns advice?

Hello all,
I bought a wardrobe through littlewoods online around 6 months ago. We assembled the wardrobe and it seemed fine but now it seems to be falling apart without any reason, the back panel is coming loose, the doors don't quite sit properly and one of the drawers is broken. I know it was assembled properly and I haven't been rough with it.
Anyway, i'm moving out of my house soon and I really don't think it would survive the transportation so I called up to try and get a refund. The lady on the phone said the only thing they could do was send me replacement parts (note: not a replacement wardrobe). Thing is though I don't think replacement parts are going to make all the difference. This was a £299 wardrobe and to be honest for that amount you would expect it to be much better quality.
For reference this is the wardrobe in question.
(i'm not allowed to post links but its on the lw website and the cat number is TQ6781D)
Any advice would be much appreciated thank you!! x

They have offered a solution by supplying replacement parts. It is up to you to prove that the item was faulty at the time of purchase and that replacement parts would not be a solution.JoanneChristian wrote: »I would go on the side of over 6 months then. xx0
