Praise for Lush customer service

I had a few complaints about a couple of items and their customer service was absolutely amazing, great,fast and personable contact and query was investigated.
By far some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time

I agree. One of their products reacted really badly to my skin, I emailed them and they sent me a goody box to apologise....I was really impressed with them.

Some thing happened to me, something made my skin react really badly, emailed them just to let them know just in case in happened to someone else, didn't want or expect or need anything but got a huge goodie box. I'll always feel good towards lush for their excellent customer service, just be avoiding the BB Seaweed that made my skin break out

It was the seaweed face wash that made my face into a red itchy mess!! Definately not one for sensitive skin!
