How do I switch so that my energy moves the day after my fix ends?

Hi,

In a contract with E.ON, my deal ends on 31/10. How do I do it so that I avoid the cancellation fee but move as close to the 1st November?

Thanks
Keith

  • Changing supplier takes between 6-8 weeks and the electricity usually moves before the gas. If your fix is ending at end of October I would suggest 2nd week of October would be a sensible time to contact a new supplier to ensure you leave eon after your current tariff ends.
