Cactus Language Training
Prize includes an intensive Spanish language course for 2 people for 2 weeks, with accommodation in a twin room for 13 nights. This can be taken any time in the next 12 months, except during peak season from June-August.

Prize does not include flights, transfers or meals.

The closing date for entry is the 31st September 2011. The winner will be drawn at random by a Cactus representative on Monday 5th October 2011 and notified by email within 30 days of the prize draw.

Entry is free. To enter the promotion, eligible entrants must ‘like’ the Cactus Language Training Facebook page and complete the entry form within the promotional period.

Entrants may enter only once for the duration of the competition.

Entrants must be 18 years or over.

Employees and immediate families of the promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

The winners name will be published on https://www.cactuslanguagetraining.co.uk and via our social networks. In the event that the prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected from all remaining (non-winning) eligible entries. Names of the winners (first name, last initial and city) may also be announced in the e-newsletter. Winners will not be entitled to take part in future prize draws in this series.

By entering into this prize draw, the winners agree to have their details used in related publicity including blogging on Cactus Language preferred blogging system before, during and / or after the trip. Winners also agree to write a short review /c case study of their trip for the cactuslanguagetraining.com blog site.

The prize must be redeemed in a single transaction as stated and cannot be deferred, transferred, changed or refunded. Usual booking terms and conditions apply.
There will be no cash alternatives. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.

Prize must be booked within 4 weeks of the notification date and at least 2 weeks before the preferred travel date, otherwise it will be deemed to be forfeited.

Please note that by entering the competition and providing your email address you are giving Cactus Language permission to contact you by email with updates, news and special offers.

If the prize is not claimed within 28 days it will be deemed “unclaimed” and can either be withdrawn or re-drawn at the discretion of the organizers.


Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter, Cactus Language, reserves the right to request proof of residency at the stated address and identification for verification (to the Promoter's satisfaction in its discretion) before issuing the prize.

Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries containing and/or depicting illegal, sexually explicit or morally or racially offensive content will be ineligible to win. The Promoter's decision to disqualify an entry is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility will be taken for lost, late or misdirected entries.
Spending money, meals, travel insurance, passports, visas, transport to and from departure point and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winner.

Compliance with any health or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize-winner and companion.

In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to either provide an alternative travel destination to the same value as the original prize or, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.

Cactus will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law (in which case such liability is limited to the maximum extent allowable by law). The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures. Tax implications may arise from the receipt or use of a prize. Independent financial advice should be sought.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation.

The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.

The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this promotion.

All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries become and remain the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects contact information about entrants in order to contact them about the promotion and where appropriate award prizes and may also use the information to contact entrants in the future with special offers via email. If you do not provide the information, you cannot participate.

The UK laws apply to this promotion to the exclusion of any other law.

These terms and conditions may be amended or varied at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this website. All decisions relating to the draw will be at the discretion of Cactus Language and will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
Cactus Language reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose these free prize draws without prior notice, in the event that unforeseen circumstances make this unavoidable.
