Yes there is, if as Muhamid says you have an O2 pay monthly contract, then you can call FREE by missing the leading 0 off.
In fact if you forget to miss the 0 off, there is a recorded anouncement that says " if you do not want to be "charged", than redial, missing the 0 off".
DC, I think you are wrong on this point.
Calling 0800 numbers on a mobile is not free.
I am on O2, but believe this is true of all mobile networks.
The recorded message advises you of this - see below:
"Access to 0800 numbers is not free of charge from mobile phones. Please re-dial without the leading zero".
the 0200 number works from my o2 simplicity phone but when on hold for a while i received the message above, but was ableto continue the call by selecting retrieve on my phones menu
