bad debts

hi all,
could some one help me in advice to get out my debts..
i was defaulted in June 2007 and i feel very shame and I don't know what do at that time and I left my town and moved to some where else. now after 4 years I realise with my close friend and I want clear my debts
I got only unsecured loans only 65000 and no other debts
I am working part time Earning 700 month
I got family one son and wife she making 22000 p. a
is Iva is better or any other alternative for my situation please advice me

Hi John. Pop over to https://www.iva.com where you will find a list of reputable Insolvency firms who can help. It is best to speak to more than one company ( the advice is free), so you can get a feel for the comoany. You need to find one you are comfortable with. They should be able to discuss the various options available to you, specific to your circumstances.

I just seen my credit report today some my credits already cleared because its been default by more than 4 years .
if I wait another 1 year and 8 months automatically will clear all and fresh start.... is this way is correct?
as per my understanding default credits removed after 6years then what happen to these debts?
