I'm hoping to join you this week. Little one is in nursery so I have a couple of hours to whoooosh everywhere.
My house isn't bad so to speak but I do need help in organising my time to keep on top of things, especially upstairs!

OMG! I almost forgot the thing I am most proud of! I, finally (!), fixed the hem on my work trousers (ie, properly, not with wonderweb). I followed the advise from Kim and Aggie in their book and it worked very well. So, I am now feeling disproportionately pleased with myself about that! lol

  • Hello

This is my first post to this thread for a good while and the first time I've actually *done* anything from the lists! Anyway, I'm making more of an effort this time. Some of the items will be done by my cleaner (who comes tomorrow but is heading towards collecting her cards as she's not doing a very good job - hence my Flying!)

So far today I've done my standard Morning Routine and trotted down to the local shops for milk and veg.

Promised I'd spend just 45 minutes on the list. I'm shocked at how much I managed to get done!

  • Im just up  so need to get showered and dressed asap as i want to get the car valeted today. I know its not moneysaving but it needs doing as its disgusting inside.

Also got an email through from thorntons, they have an offer on where if you spend £20 online and buy a box of premium chocolates for £10.99 and enter code PCSD you get the preimium chocolates free. so thats FIL birthday sorted out and an extra freebie for OH's birthday or a spare pressie for someone. Hoping they do a christmas hamper special like they did last year even though ive got almost all my presents. i just want chocolate :rotfl:

Right off to shower dress and feed the cat then go see about valeting the car. think i might phone first rather than turn up.

Dot arrived fairly spectacularly on Friday at 21.56 weighing a huuuge 5lb 4oz (2.38kg for those who work in the new currency)

She has a first name but an official announcement will be made once the children have met her.

Thank for the well wishes and congrats.. my phone allowed me to read but not post.. :(

Oh PigPen, she's gorgeous! Congratulations and well done! :D :j:j:beer::beer:

  • Good morning :D

Children deposited at school, dog fed, 1 load in WM (will hang out when Miss T has gone home), kitchen S&S, smoke alarms tested.

I think I will go for a walk to the park in a mo, with Miss T & mr dog. I just need to persuade her to let go of her precious cat - as my dog is rather partial to a soft toy - especailly loved ones!! :o

I am hoping to make some jam this afternoon, as I didn't manage to do it yesterday, as the blackberries will be on the turn soon.

I will hopefully do some flying this afternoon aswell, and tonight.

    Catch up later :)

Pigpen - lovely pictures :T And welcome to little Dot :)
  • ok need to get a move on, flying not happening this morning, got to be at the valeting place between 10.30 - 11am and i still need a shower as i stink :rotfl:
