Nothing jumps out from the HijackThis log (although you could trim the startup items down if you visit the Stickied "speed up computer" thread).
How's it running now? Did the sessionstore.js thing help?0 -

It's working fine now so it must have helped! IE is only opening one window, and I re-installed normal FF and this only opens once too. Fingers crossed it stays like this now!
