Tax Code Change

For this financial year I have been on code 747L as I expected.
When I received my September wage slip this weekend, I noticed that the net pay was lower than normal and checking the tax code, it has been changed to 643L1.
Any ideas why they would have changed it?

you should receive a code notification from HMRC that will detail how your tax code is derived - do you have any benefits in kind such as medical care or has there been an overpayment0

I have private medical care but I was under the impression I was paying for this as a monthly amount. I am charged £34.50 a month for that
Not aware of any overpayment/underpayment as since April the amount of tax and net income has been the same.0 -
Found out it is an error by HMRC and they will be fixing it for next month0
