Has anyone got a direct number for complaints for BT as apprently I took out the package i didnt want and they can do nothing about it for 18 months even though I have all the details written down from the time I renewed my contract
No one will put me through to a manager either so I need a direct number as they are not very helpful at all :mad:

Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

been on the phone for 2 days being passed back and fro between departments and now i gotta ring back tomorrow as the systems are down.......sort it out BT!!!! :TIf your happy and you know it clap your hands :T0
