    As long as the 2 prices are clearly displayed then no offence has been committed.

    There is nothing to stop the shop owner charging any price at any time he wants - even if he happens to do it at a time when all his customers are drunk.

    And presumably not all the customers in Aberdeen will be drunk late at night.

    There'll be some who couldn't find anyone to buy them free drinks.

    Your example is at different locations, it is perfectly acceptable to charge different prices at disparate locations. This is common where rents or rates are higher.
