Who's excited for christmas!?

 Yay not long to go before the big rush, how are you all preparing early?

I have most pressies, stocking fillers and xmas eve hamper stuff for my LO. Well on my way with my oH's too. Ordered some cellophane for my pots of gold and hot choc mugs, also ordered the cones for snow man soup.

Wrapped all my LO's toys as i have a habit of giving him the craft items on rainy days and really he has enough to last till xmas!

Can't wait :) I got all the ribbons/wrap/cards/bows/tags/bags etc out and gave in and wrote the neighbours cards :o

I've got a few bits and bobs, like the containers for my Christmas Eve Hampers and the odd couple of bits of presents but I'm going to Meadowhall on the 7th October so will hopefully buy most presents there and then do the rest all after there. If it were up to me I'd be well stuck in and buying now but I've been saving up for this :D

So yep, in just over a fortnight I'm hoping to be nearly done :D

Can I ask what you're using for your Christmas Eve hamper? I'm not sure what to put my things in. Thanks.

Sure :) I got some Strata flexi tubs from Asda's for £3 each (mine are red but there's pink/yellow/blue/green etc) as I did last year. Lined it with a fleece blanket and used green and red shredded lametta to cover some of the bits and bobs in them. They can be used after for toy tubs and the like so really handy :)

You can also decorate the outside with names etc with cut outs/sticky letters etc and put tinsel through the handles - can do all sorts :)

If they're too big there's a smaller size for £2. ( can be seen here: http://groceries.asda.com/asda-estore/banneroffers/banneroffercontainer.jsp?listId=1215038036995 the larger ones aren't online for some reason)
