ESA GP Letter Problem!!!!!!!

Thanks Muttley for the trouble you have taken to advise! We are very close but he says that when he feels really bad he wants to be alone.
I know I fuss too much and understand that must annoy him when he is feeling really ill.
Does he need to start sending sick notes in either from GP or the many Hospital Specialists he has and still is seeing?
To continue getting ESA at assessment rate while awaiting appeal you typically will need to supply continuing sicknotes from doctor... like in the 3 month assessment phase for new claims... but only the DWP can say for sure because each individual case is different. If you win appeal then additional monies you should have been getting are backpaid."Do not attribute to conspiracy what can adequately be explained by incompetence" - rogerblack0

Nothing can be done at the moment as my Son has been admitted as an Emergency and once more is on Morphine and Rehydration drip.0

My Son has now been discharged and has been given further medicaton to help stabilise the sickness and pain. He is waiting for results of a further scan and is waiting for an appointment with yet another Specialist. GP says he will issue a 3 months sick note to be sent with the appeal letter.
Only a week ago he was told by phone that as he had failed the Medical his Income Support will stop on October 12th.
What will happen when the money stops?0

He'll get the assessment rate of ESA once he gets the appeal in with sick note etc, see muttleythefrog's post above. Best to get the appeal in as soon as possible.0

My Son has called DWP to confirm that his appeal and 3 months sick note have been received.
This wa sent Recorded Delivery 3 weeks ago.
He has just spent his last 5 pounds visiting his GP for a blood test, which is weekly as his Pottasium is low. This was diagnosed by the Hospital 2 weeks ago. He has been admitted to Hospital as an Emergency 3 times in the last 7 weeks.
He has now been told that on Tuesday, his payment day, there will be no money for possibly 3 months!
He has been told to apply for a Crisis Loan but it would cost 5.40 to travel to the nearest Jobcentre.
I have asked a friend to take me on the 60 miles round trip to take him some money.
As I am retired, it will be very difficult to finance him for 3 months.
I can't beleive this is happening as he has only been on Income Support since he became ill.0

DWP rang my Son on Thursday to say he had failed ESA Medical and was asked if anything had changed. He told them he had been admitted as an emergency twice since the medical. The lady who rang him said"That is nothing to do with me I will send you a form and you will have to get a letter from your Doctor"
He has been admitted 14 times in 12 months with constant vomiting and severe pain. Despite seeing several specialists(and due to see yet another) his condition is undiagnosed. He has had several scans and the Hospital which is 15 miles away say they can only treat his symptoms by putting him on a drip to rehydrate and give him morphine for the pain.
He saw his GP on Friday for his fortightly blood test and he was shocked. He told him to collect a letter on Monday to send in with the form. Today he is vomiting again and it looks like he will be in Hospital again.
 Please can anyone advise?
He has rung me but does not want me to see him so ill and says I cant help him.
I live 30 miles away but would be quite happy to drive to his home as I visit him frequently.
Would the DWP speak to me regarding sending in a GP letter and the form which as not yet arrived as there could nowbe a delay1
Im very sorry to here of your sons plight.
may i ask, has he been tested for retroperitoneal fibrosis.0
