No payment & feedback question

Options
I sold an item at the end of August and sent an invoice which was not paid. I then receive an email from the buyer, after about a week, stating that they will pay in a few days, still no payment. I send a message days after the day they stated they would pay and they reply stating they are on holiday and will pay on the day of their return..... that day has ben and gone and still no payment so I open an "unpaid item" case, which I advised them I would do. Today is day 5 and I am going to close the case.

So, if I close the case can the seller still leave feedback for me ?

Thanks in advance

No, buyer cannot leave feedback. Just in case there is another glitch and they do manage to leave feedback- ebay will remove it as soon as you ask.

  • You can close the case from day 4 onwards - it issues a NPB strike and they can't leave you a neg.

Do it now - I'd say you've been more than patient!
  • Thanks for your quick replies:)..... off to close the case now.
