sorry no idea about wins 7
as to printer if your mate has a pc you can borrow
why not keep the printer to use on their pc regularly ( if they are willing)
extra coupons all round that way;)HappyChappy84 wrote: »Has anyone had issues printing coupons from SSM with Windows 7?
I was trying to sell my old printer on Gumtree but nobody was interested, even for £10 (USB cable is worth that!) and I had not long put a black ink cartridge in but the colour one is low. I've decided just to use it until the ink runs out then I can cash in the cartridges for a few CC points. Going to take it over to a friends tomorrow and set it up on his computer so I can *hopefully* print all the coupons from SSM that I've never been able to print.0 -

sorry SK (+ newer members) its a kind of unspoken knowledge, we sometimes forget newer members won't /may not know this is possible.
yes this is possible with most coupons like this, which is why you'll see people write prints 2
but you should only do this once. you can do this with SSM coupons etc
some will also say try again , so clicking this will get a 2nd coupon
OR
did this print ok
yes it did or no it didn't ( no get a 2nd coupon or sometimes back button)
but only do this once.
brill! thank you for your help on this:jGoals for 2015:jWin £2015 in 2015: £304.08/£2015Reach goal for house depositReach 11st (4.5lbs to go)0 -
:(In my local Morribobs all jars are now 1.99
I think there is confusion with the Sacla sauces. The Sacla sauces which have a picture on the coupon are £1.99 and not on promo in M's, but the coupon says ANY Sacla sauce, so people are getting the Dallaglio sauce by Sacla which is on promo at 99p til 2nd October.
I used a coupon on Dallaglio today in M's, mine didn't scan but the SA put it through manuallyThe end is nigh0 -

I use windows 7 and don't have any problems. have you checked the browser? I find firefox is better if you are having trouble printing.
I am struggling to sell my old printer too. may end up giving it to charity shop to sell.0 -

If tesco spot that people are using multiples of the same apg, they could decide to stop taking them altogether and then everyone loses out.

Good idea! I'll she what she says!0 -
I remember reading somewhere earlier in the the thread about Tescos only taking Sainsburys conditional spends, so I phoned customer services before I went just to check what the deal was, as I had one from the Coop and was told that that would be fine, got to the checkout and it wouldnt scan so someone else came over and said no they don't take them only Sainsburys and Morrisons, I did query why I was told something different a couple of hours ago and the reply was that customers services are a nightmare and have their own rules! Wasn't quite sure what to make of that lol
In the end a checkout manager came over and said that they stopped taking them last year along with a few others like farmfoods. I was actually more inclined to believe her, according to her badge she's been there for 11 years and she did seem genuine, who knows though... If I can muster up the energy I might email again looking for clarification
Apart from that, not a bad wee outing, apart from the Head and Shoulders MOC that I hadn't read properly, you have to buy the shampoo and conditioner so that was a bit of a beamer because I never read it properly, ooops!...those who mind don't matter, and those who matter don't mind.

I have a Mac and I've only ever once been able to print a coupon from SSM (I think it was Lenor) any others I tried and it said I needed coupon printer. I can print safe coupons through Facebook and other sites but anything direct from SSM is a no no.
My friend has IE and Safari.
Someone on here, or maybe another thread pointed out that Argos are selling printers for £15 so nobody is going to buy a second hand one for a tenner.0 -

ah, I never think about the fact people have macs
it maybe your software. Have you got snow leopard? Don't think SSM likes that.
Yes it was me who mentioned the printer, someone else told me about it. But not everyone thinks to check argos and places like that for printers.
problem these days - a buyers market.
Your friend's computer should be fine with those browsers.0 -
Hi, I hope you dont mind me asking this but regarding saving pdf's to your computers, I try doing this and some work and some dont:o. It does appear to be saving but then they just arent there. And when I save the next one, I can see the other vouchers in the save box (if that makes sense). Anybody know how I get around this? TIA:j:T Gorgeous twin girls born 1st Nov 2012 :T:j0
