Ref:to post above, I've tried to to find a camera icon in Adobe Reader X 10.1.1 to enable me to paste just the coupon into another application to print more economically. But I can't find this camera icon to select an area.

Can anyone help me with this one please?

If you want to add the camera to your toolbar, you can also go into Tools\Cusomise Toolbars and right down towards the bottom is something called "snapshot tool" with the camera icon. If you click that to select it will add it to your toolbar at the top. HTH

Hi, Im writing an email to Asda asking for their coupon policy as I got trouted a few days ago and was told they no longer accept internet coupons. Just wanted to ask you lovely people, are there any asda coupons that can be accessed online ? Or is it just generic coupons that we use there? Im not very good at writing complaint letters and was about to put.... I was told Asda no longer accept internet coupons.... then it occurred to me that maybe their own site have printable coupons etc?

    TIA everyone

I waited over a week for a reply asking for the policy after being trouted... here is the reply.....

As requested, below is a copy of our policy:-

We'll accept all manufacturers' coupons (including internet coupons) in
line with the terms and conditions of each coupon I.e. Customers must
buy the product to redeem the coupon.

There is no limit to the number of coupons that can be redeemed in a
transaction, however stores discretion does have to be used and most
stores do say only 10% of the customers bill can be used in coupons.

The coupons do have to be redeemed against the product specified, e.g.
24 x 10p coupons off Heinz baked beans - customer must purchase 24 cans
    of Heinz baked beans.

    1. The coupon must be 'in date'.

    2. The coupon must not be for a specific retailer other than Asda. e.g.
    20p off toothpaste at Tesco.

    3. The customer must have purchased the product.

Each coupon has a bar code, which should be scan able.

Coupons used at the Self Scan Checkouts,

All coupons tendered at self-scan will require authorisation. This means
with each coupon scanned, the system will automatically trigger an
intervention and the host must authorise.

    I hope this helps.

Thanks for getting in touch with Asda and for giving me this opportunity
to explain our policy. If there is anything else I can help you with,
    please let me know.

    Kind Regards,

    Kelvin Edet

the coupons seem to be a bit misleading the £1 off the fruit shows broccoli etc - a ploy perhaps or am i being cynical?

Nope, had a difference of opinion today about the validity of avocados as fruit and whether citrus counted as fruit.

FYI Avocados dont count towards the fruit total and citrus does.
  • Wow! The 50p off Mcdougalls pies takes ALOT of colour ink!

I like to print in colour as it looks like a photocopy / fake coupon otherwise.....

I won't be printing out any more!!

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Morning all.

Just finished printing off the free pizza coupons (many, many thanks), managed to get 6 and 2 weeks to use them. Off to Tesco later to pick up my towels (if not cancelled again!!), so will pick 2 up today.

Going to have a good look at 1st page later and see what I've missed that I need.

    Happy couponing.
