  • Hi, Im writing an email to Asda asking for their coupon policy as I got trouted a few days ago and was told they no longer accept internet coupons. Just wanted to ask you lovely people, are there any asda coupons that can be accessed online ? Or is it just generic coupons that we use there? Im not very good at writing complaint letters and was about to put.... I was told Asda no longer accept internet coupons.... then it occurred to me that maybe their own site have printable coupons etc?

    TIA everyone

Asda do have their own internet coupons but they should accept generic ones ie from beforeishop, supersavvyme and coupon star ones etc.

Its a classic case of over reacting. From all the recent hype about coupons many stores have issued guidelines for accepting coupons ie check item purchased and if suspicious call a supervisor. Some SAs havent read the notice clearly and refusing all coupons. If happens go straight to cust serv desk and get them to reimburse the value of coupons.
  • mandy I couldnt agree more!!

after someone being rude to me when i started on here afew weeks ago and now manorf constantly harping on I am so disappointed with people's attitudes it puts me off reading the thread - I dont think it its fair on MT and BRowntoa for all the work they put in - I will not be sticking around.

Thank you to all the lovely people that have helped me and contributed.

Ref:to post above, I've tried to to find a camera icon in Adobe Reader X 10.1.1 to enable me to paste just the coupon into another application to print more economically. But I can't find this camera icon to select an area.

Can anyone help me with this one please?

Asda policy is that as long as the coupon is in date and is being used in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on the coupon and you are buying the product they should accept it

Under tools, select select & zoom, then bottom one is snapshot tool - use this to outline the coupon and that copies this area. You can print just this from print, or copy it to another doc and print from there
