hi AT
as too info being on 1st page we can't make it too easy for T's now can we
whilst the info you were given may work if your lucky
just be aware that the official policy with regards to these vouchers would mean total of vouchers added together touse,
so in your case spend £130 to use all the vouchers in one shop
BUT some stores don't follow/know this rule which is why many get to use them in smaller shops ( in you case £50 if your lucky)
SO if they refuse all on smaller shop they are well within their rights too i'm afraidAppleTurnover wrote: »Following yesterdays dozy question, and in light of the above info, I have had a look through the first few pages but.........:o
If I have a tesco voucher for £7 off £50 spend (received in the post), and a £5 off £40 spend one (cut out of the paper), can I also use the Morrisons one above, all for the same shop of £50 plus in Tesco?
I'm confused!0 -

i have been a bit chicken with the coupons for a while, tried a few of the pilgrim's cheese ones last week no problem but my mum got trouted and told she could only use one not three as its BOG2F
plus i had a trouting in Morrisons with the sacla sauce-told it wa son promotion and couldn't use the coupons until the promotion finished lol! (took me ages to get round to using them as well oh well!)
quick question (and i'm not asking for a link lol) where is the birdseye coupon located, is it through the unilever site?
thanks

Hi all:j
Hope this is the right place for this - if not I do apologise!! I emailed Tesco last week after they refused my Mr M's conditional spend voucher - to enquire as to their policy as I was told in store ' the cash office says we are not taking any coupons printed in NEWSPAPERS any more'. Now I had an email back almost immediiately to say they were dealing with my enquiry, will be in touch very soon blah blah. That was last week, so far had no response & there's another CS voucher in the papers today, not sure whether to bother getting it or not as don't want to have to use it in Mr M's......does anyone know how long they 'normally' take to get back to you, or should I be emailing them again?? TIA if you can help:DNew start JAN15 - NOT BUYING IT 2015 . I have seriously been put off using vouchers I was trouted but the lady was so horrid to me, I honestly wanted to complain but felt i was in the wrong...check out assistant asked me to put all the things i had coupons for at front which i did, told her I was sure they were all valid and I had adhered to rules of coupon anyway she hadn't seen them before so called the most despicable lady supervisor over, she spoke to me like i was scum, I said I have bought everything i have coupon for if there is a problem i apologise she said "i don't care what your coupons say its our store policy that is important" and with that she snatched my coupons and stormed off, I wanted ground to swallow me up...but two mins later she returned gave me a filthy look and said "she can use them" and stormed off again...small victory but i was shaking0

how vile. poor youyou definitely have grounds to complain. you were in the right in that you had the right items with the right coupons. store policy might dictate this that and whatever about coupons but how she treated you is unacceptable. If you've been belittled and made to feel so awful then you have every right to lodge a formal complaint so that it doesn't happen to anyone else.

absolutely agree. where's the statement 'the customer is always right' policy?
OK we may not always be right but surely you should be treated with respect.
I had an issue with a certain pizza restaurant the other day and complained. Obviously its not for discussion on this thread but I did write a letter and they responded with a £25 token so I suppose at least I got a morale victory.0 -
