Email address passed to third party

Can anyone help me? I am receiving loads of spam emails from various companies which all look very similar but I cannot seem to unsubscribe to. One said that I had allowed third parties to receive my email address and If that is the case I don't know which company so that I can unsubscribe to that. I have added rules to ensure that they go straight to my junk box but have an iphone and when opening my emails they come though and cant stop them on it. Any help appreciated.

Unfortunately there is very little you can do about it. If it is spam from a reputable company (Tescos for example) then the unsubscribe will work but anything else and as the above person says it just confirms your email is 'live' and will be sold on at a slightly higher rate.

All the usual things: Viagra, prescription drugs, money making schemes etc...
