Permanent ink removal help needed urgently

:eek: Looking for any stain removal advice as 2 year old has just decorated her new top with black marker pen. Somehow I think said item will be going in the bin, but is there anything I can do to salvage it? Thanks for looking and any suggestions anyone can offer.

a friend of my hubby's had blood on his fave shirt and it wasnt just a drop either so hubby bought it home for me to try and clean(he is a single bloke! ) i had to soak the shirt in oxi stuff for at least a day in the hottest water possible and luckily it all come out.. and i do know blood is sometimes a pain to remove. :T
