Bt call package

Hi all I have been with BT for years on their unlimited anytime package and have always been happy with them as i've never had a problem so when I had to move home I rung them to take the phone line over

They wanted to charge me to connect as there was no line at the new house but offered to do it for free if i renewed my contract, which was not a problem as i wanted to stay with them anyway.

Now the problem I have is my online bill came today and my new package is unlimited anytime calls and mobile plan which is £28.90 a month!!!!

What has gone on, I cant even find any info on their website about this package and they are not open until the morning :mad:

Has anyone else had this problem as I really not amused as my quartely bill is now £92!!!

The most you should be paying for the anytime call package is £4.70p a month. (This bundle includes Friends and Family Mobile Rates of 7p a minute plus connection charge).

when i looked into it last night they ae charging me £15 a month for unlimited calls to landlines and mobiles, gonna ring them now and find out whats happening
