Quicken is no longer supported in the UK. I have switched to Moneyhttp://moneydance.com/Dance.

if you don't mind a dollar sign in front of the amounts then I would vote quicken. I found it to be more accessible, easier to figure out how to use without use of manuals, etc, it has a much more 'in your face' approach to late bills, etc which I personally like. Interface is neat with good separation of the different screens.

Support-wise, the Quicken telephone support is great, as is their online support forum which is easy to get to and has quite a few knowledgable people on it.
Know me for who I am, not for who I say I am.

MoneyDance is similar to Quicken and Money but is shareware (about £10). I was forced to choose another product when I bought a new PC and realised I had lost my Quicken installation CD. I was able to import all my Quicken files without a problem. Not quite as attractive to look at but the support/forum/free updates are very good.
