Cost to move bathroom to next room

Hi,
I'm looking to purchase a maisonette which at the minute is fine but would be much better if the bathroom and master bedroom swapped rooms. Does anyone know how much it would cost very roughly?
The rooms are next to each other, have wooden floor boards and from what I recall the sink and toilet can pretty much just go the other side of the wall, the bath and shower would also be moved to the room next door but would have to go on the far wall (so imagine pretty much a mirror image except one room is not as wide). I would need to buy a new bathroom suite anyway and it's likely all the rooms would need replastering and floors sanding so it would be best to do this all at once.
From looking about it seems plastering would be approx. £250 per room, the room is approx. 4.70mx3.5m. If anyone thinks I'm wrong please let me know. The cost to move/extend drainage and piping etc is where I could do with some advice. I should also add that the washing machine is in the bathroom and I intend to move this to the new bathroom also.
Just a rough idea please as I have no idea whether it'd be £500 or £5000.
Many thanks

What work will you do yourself?
If you want someone else to come in, move the bathroom suite, connect it up, make goog the old room, decorate, put in new skirting board, presumably tile the new bathroom, my guess is closer to your top end than the bottom end of your range.
If on the other hand, you will do everything yourself apart from the plastering and moving the pipes, then closer to the bottom end.
I would suggest just get yourself a few quotes and see where you are. If you want to save cash, work out what you can do yourself and only get the trades in for the bits you can't do.0 -
Washing machine?
Regs on that mate. Cant remember the distance from the bath for a socket but you are entering territory no one on here can help you without further info. Not Again0 -
Whats the soil stack please and what does it depend on? The size? shape? I'm not a plumber so a bit of further detail would be useful.
The washing machine is currently (as I remember it about 1.5 metres) from the bath. Can you have one in the bathroom at all? And if so how far away from any water/toilet/bath etc must it be? I was planning on putting it behind fitted cupboards the opposie end of the room to the bath and shower.
I would be doing very little work myself. I'd really just do the decorating most likely. Its the moving/extending of the actual pipes and putting in the actual suite are my main things I'd like to get an idea of cost on please (obviously not incl. the actual cost of bath etc as these vary immensly). Thanks0 -
It depends on where it is already & where you want the toilet, bath & sink etc now.
You need proper quotes from real people. Not Again0
