she has suddenly got a letter through from tax credits saying that she owes them £1700 approx from 2003. ctc
My friend is now 25 so was 17 at this time and was in full time education. Her mum earned around £13k a year and told them about all her income.
can you give me any advice on what to do? she is panicking about this. many thanks
