You are not the only one, but you are one of the few. If the coupons were at fault then everyone would have the same problem, but most people appear not have it, so it must be your system.

Before you print check every option that you can, especially when the print box comes up, look for an advanced options button next to the name of the printer.

It could be that the next coupons you printed actually sent an instruction to set the printer to 97%, whereas the pizza coupons just expect your printer to be set to 100%, and it wasn't.

I often do check the layout etc but for whatever reason didn't on this occasion, I will have to be more careful in future.

I believe that store allowed the use of promotional vouchers for products which had not actually been purchased. They certainly did at one time. Has that been stopped?

Yes it has stopped, because it was wrong.

Manufacturers issue coupons to encourage people to buy the product. They then refund the store the value of the coupon. They are not happy when they have to refund the value of the coupon and it has not been used to buy the product.

For the ricola PDF - yes you can as the T&C state one per product as opposed to per transaction, but always read the individual T&C's to ensure you get it right as there is no general rule with PDF as a whole

    I've been Money Tipped!
No problems with the Phili coupons.

    I got 2 200g tubs today from Sainsbury's £1.75 BOGOF - so 25p for 2 tubs. I used the s/scan tills.
Asda and Tesco have a few offers on at £1. The coupon states valid on full priced only - the Sainbury's ones were full priced, just BOGOF. lol
    Thanks OP.
