Does anyone know how often supersavvyme puts on new coupons?

I printed off 3 sets of the vouchers from the promotional packs of Dr Oetker pizzas a while back and i've just looked at them as i'm planning to use the first ones in Asda while they are £1.50, however, I don't appear to have the whole voucher printed on the page, i.e. there is a part missing on the right hand side.

I'm not sure how much is missing but I don't think it's alot but wanted to check the barcode other people have on theirs. Is it just one barcode at the bottom left of the voucher?

Any help appreciated.

Hi Chels,

There should be a '99' type barcode on the right hand side so sounds like yours haven't printed correctly (Usually you have to use IE and select Landscape, that is the only combo that worked for me) All is not lost though, you can post them back to DrO and they will replace them, I also emailed and somehow ended up with two sets :beer:

unfortunately not that often/regular. only way to know is to keep checking SSM or this thread for post if a change is noticed by others

Oh no! Thanks for the response, I used IE but didn't think about landscape for the printing, I should have paid more attention.

I read about getting replacements but i'm sure I read they will only replace 1 set, maybe they will take pity on me!

Why on earth are coupons not set up to print normally on a sheet of A4 without having to fiddle around or end up with extra sheets printed with pretty much naff all on them! Rant over lol.

A while back I printed off a heap of £3 off vouchers for liquor of some kind and I used them at a store where "every little helps" each time I bought a bottle of booze of any kind. They worked every time at the self serve tills and on one occasion I even got help from a staff member when the voucher did not scan and no questions asked. Did I do anything wrong or illegal?

They are, it's your system that is at fault. I don't know about your set up, or IE, but the 2 Firefox users I helped had print set to print at 130%.

Try having a look at the page setup in IE and see if it is set to print/scale at higher than 100%

Hmmmm, not sure about it being my system, I just went to print a different coupon and the percentage was at 97%. It appears i'm not the only one to have had printing issues.

Well you say you used them on "Booze of any kind", so yes you did do something wrong. They should only be used for the product they are intended for. Getting away with it is no excuse for doing wrong.

I can't comment on the number you used as I don't know the T&Cs.

You are not the only one, but you are one of the few. If the coupons were at fault then everyone would have the same problem, but most people appear not have it, so it must be your system.

Before you print check every option that you can, especially when the print box comes up, look for an advanced options button next to the name of the printer.

It could be that the next coupons you printed actually sent an instruction to set the printer to 97%, whereas the pizza coupons just expect your printer to be set to 100%, and it wasn't.
