I'm new to vouchering seriously. I've seen on some sites its clearly labelled where you can use each voucher (for example, £1 off xx at Mrt's) What about these vouchers that doesn't say where you can use them? How do i find out if each / what shops will accept them?

Is anybody having problems receiving the email with the Ristorante coupon in it. I have tried with different emails and different codes but still not received them.
I contacted Customer services and they said that they have sent me another code in an email but I did not receive this (why they did not send it in the same email, I don`t know). I have printed from different codes so I know it should work. I thought that they might have a limit on how many you can have.

Just tried to use my £1 off Carte Noire voucher in Morrisons in Swindon where the 80g refill bags are on half price offer at £1.74. Coupon wouldn't scan - tried both bar codes - supervisor came over & said they'd had an email from head office & they weren't accepting these coupons. Anybody else having issues?

Hi pkempc,

I am sorry to hear that. I did not print it out, as I do not use this product. I can only say that M are quite strict when it comes to coupons. In my experience, in M, when the coupon doesn't scan, they reject it instantly, without trying to put it in manually. But then again, my own experience. Maybe you should try another M, in order not to miss on the offer!

It's half price in tesco too. They are always coming up with such tripe there. Wonder what they would do if you asked to see the email. It seems to be the first excuse they use if the coupon doesn't scan along with we don't take internet coupons if they are not safe coupons. No wonder they will never be in the top 3 supermarkets . They live in the dark ages if they think the manufactuerers are not using the internet as the main source of marketing. Can't remember the last time an actual coupon was shoved through the door or was an insert in a paper like the olden days

I went to the Grand Designs Live show at the Excel last week. On leaving I got a goodie bag from the guy who was giving them out. It had 2 sachet samples of carte noire instinct, stuck to a coupon for £1 off carte noire instinct tin or refill. Its on offer in Morrisons, £1.74 for refill 85g; and £2.49 for tin 100g
