There seems to be a problem because either you or everyone has been accessing the coupon too often, I managed to get it again by coping the url into a different browser eg Chrome. I have saved it but am not sure this will work either as I think it saves the web page, perhaps someone more techy will know how to save it.

Not sure if i can help you, but you originally said you get that message when you try to install the coupon printer.

It sounds to me like you already have the coupon printer installed on your computer, but it has gone wrong. So when you try to install it again it thinks it is upgading the original version, not doing a completely new install.

If I were you I would try uninstalling the coupon printer first, then try installing it again.
