Money off coupon 'chat' thread

Just to let you know, I've finally had a response from Asda after being mega-trouted in July. I tried telephone calls to CS, emails to CS and sending a letter in the post, all without any reply. I only got a response from emailing the CEO so I recommend this remedy from the outset to anyone else who has any problems. I've now got the magic letter that Blue recommended, stating that Asda accept all manufacturers' coupons. And I'm also getting a £10 gift card for my troubles. With the reassurance of having the letter in my handbag and my nerves steeled for a confrontation, I ventured into the store again and all the staff I encountered were delightful and I experienced no problems using coupons.
I have been shopping in asda for a good 5 years now i think and on the few occasions i have had reason to complain be it about coupons or other things i get absolutely no where it is so frustrating, the cs say they will ring you back that has only ever happened once and the person who was from the actual store we had complained about was very rude nothing has ever been resolved, why bother having a cs email or phone line when the obviously do nothing anyway.0 -
Got another 4 lots of huggies kits from A's last night
My Dad let me cut the vouchers out in the car so I could go back in and get more. One SA got confused and said that the huggies newborn £2 moc could only be used on the nappies (even though the kits contain and scan as nappies!) so I said I'd put them back but went to another SA who put them all through no problem
he even congratulated me when the total to pay was £0
Picked up the kleenex balsam from Wilko this morning with the £1 mocs as they are £1 in there and nearer than Mr Ts. I have to say my pantry and airing cupboards are now resembling something off 'Extreme couponing'!
Also got L'oreal wipes with the skincare voucher as they were £2. The SA put it straight through and gave my 50p off the rest of my shoppingCoupons = the only money we can legally print for ourselves:D
:j A coupon for a free item that is price glitched in Mr T's to be cheaper than Sada for an apg = HEAVEN :j
:money: total = £47.48 cc = 413 selling stuff = £23.00 Floor pennies = £5.790 -
Oh my God. Am I in heaven. Thank you so much. Bookmarked :A~:)Be the change you want to see in the world:)~0

Does anyone know what the Huggies Club voucher for "Huggies Pure Wipes" actually knocks off at the till please? Does it mean if I find these on offer somewhere I can potentially get an amount knocked off my bill greater than the cost of the on offer wipes?0

I can't work out one of the Tesco floppy coupons- It's £1 off 225g Kettle Chips. Only problem is, Kettle Chips don't make a 225g bag?!
They do 40g, 100g, 120g, 150g & a multipack with 5x30g. None of these are 225g!
Anyone able to shed any light on it?
I think that set of coupons expired on the 4th September!!!! But I never found the correct sized bags!!:(0 -

Fill out the form and they will send a coupon to your email.
One coupon per item purchased, not personalised, so can be used more than once
I've printed this from the email and by copying the coupon into Word. Both times the print quality is very blurry. I'm a bit worried to use it now in case it looks dodgy. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes it does look very dodgy, I tried printing it at various scales and on OH's laser printer, still blurred as anything. Will not scan at all on the app on my phone. Enlarged it looks even worse. I think the problem is the original coupon is a jpg image file which are notorious for not being very sharp and losing some important details when saved, because it's a compressed file format. Xx0
