thanks for posting A
noticed there was a banner at to of site page saying mse spam email, a few days ago but it never occured to me to try clicking on it so thanksSat 29 Oct 2011 - We've had a few reports of people receiving spam emails about 'winter sales' and other similar events purportedly from Martinsmoneytips@moneysavingexpert.com. These are pure spam and nothing to do with us. Please be very careful. That email address is only used to send the main weekly money tips, which is duplicated on the site here. Anything else is fake. We are currently looking into it. Please report any e-mails to spamreport@moneysavingexpert.com

Major trouting in Sains  Took almost 30 minutes to complete checkout and had to unpack practically everything
Still going back tomorrow for more Bottlegreen tho' :rotfl:0 -
Good morning everyone.
I went to Sainsburys yesterday and got 6 bottles of the Comfort pure, using the .75p coupon meant I only had to pay £1.50 for my 6 bottles which will last at least 6 months. :rotfl:
Might pop back for a couple more.

Hi everyone
I am a long time user of the coupon thread (haven't posted before though) and have been printing coupons on a home printer where the quality of the printing is steadily getting worse and worse. It is now at the point where my coupons never scan as the barcode is blurry.
My question is, what printers do you guys use and what would you recommend I get as a replacement? Currently using an Lexmark 3600-4600 series which has a scanner. Budget is probably max of £80-£100 (or cheaper obv)
If this has been posted in the wrong thread my apologies but I thought it best to ask the people who are successfully using home printed coupons every day!
Many thanks

Used to have an epsom and thought it was good and could use really good value ink but now have a fancy HP and while its a super dooper bells and whistles jobby I still only really print coupons but it is shocking when it comes to ink and seems there are no value inks that will work.
So gotta say go with Epsom but it really seems to be down to what the ink costs.I'd like to teach the World to sing in perfect Harmony:j

Hi guys. I posted on here yesterday - just logged in to see if there's been a reply and my post has vanished ??? As I've only recently become a 'moneysavingexpert' member Im not up-to-speed with the reliability of the site. Do posts often just vanish like this? Not a lot of point really if you can't post when you have a queery.0

hi Terry , moved your post to the chat thread as its more appropriate to this thread, not the original one
if you look at the forum FAQ's it has a section that deal with "why was my post deleted ?"

Most vouchers I have ever seen say on them "cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer" but on here I see a lot of people talking about using MOCs on 3for2s or reduced price stock and the likes in order to get bigger savings. I would have thought 3for2 was "another offer" and therefore MOCs couldn't be used on the purchase. *confused*
I just want to know that I'm not doing anything underhand if I use a coupon on reduced price stock/multibuys if it says on it that it cant be combined with other offer. Can anyone put my mind at ease/point me somewhere that answers this?
Personnally I only collect MOCs for producst I would normally use. I do read the terms and conditions carefully.
A lot of the coupons I have used recently have not mentioned whether they can be used in confunction with any other offer.
I always put aside the items I have coupons for once they have gone through the till so that the SA can double check that the MOC and corresponding item are correct. I do, however, find that a lot of SAs are very unsure as to what coupons they take etc. and often have to ask for assistance. To date I have never had a MOC refused so I am confident I am using them correctly.
From the posts I have seen so far, I have not seen anything that would suggest missuse of coupons.
I think most people understand that incorrect use of MOCs can lead to a blanket ban. All the posts I have read on this forum do suggest that people respect this fact and use the MOCs in accordance to how they should be. HTHAvatar courtesey of HC :beer:0
