I am wondering where you all get your frontline from? Do you pay full price from the vets, or pay less from somewhere else?
Also - how long afer applying the frontline should the fleas disappear?

If the cat had fleas for a while the whole home could be infested by now, so I would suggest that Frontline or an equivalent wouldn't be your only course of action. Frontline alone will work eventually but it could take a very long time.
There are a number of preparations available which contain FIPRONIL now that the patent for Fronline has lapsed. These can be bought either at the vet's (for a premium) or online.0 -
Thanks BAT- i have already got something for the home. Its called acclaim i think. I would guess that i would apply the frontline to the cat on the same day that i spray the house with acclaim?
Maybe i should stick with the vets for the frontline stuff as i dont know what i am getting online?0 -
I get mine from vetuk or petmeds. There are others you will see when you Google for Frontline and I always compare to see who is cheapest. Some have free delivery. You need to apply once every 4 weeks if the cat goes outside otherwise I apply mine every 6 weeks in the summer or once every 2 months in the winter because they are indoor cats. I have never had a problem with pet fleas.0
