I'm refusing to pay my current bill in full seeing as they billed me for £250 that I haven't even got yet and £55 that was returned the week before my statement came out. I've made a partial payment but won't qualify for a VIP slot as they have said before you have to be up to date with payments. Could be wrong but seeing as they have charged me for something I ordered in the last sale 2 months ago and have "misplaced it" (a bed of all things) and I've been a more than a bit annoyed on the phone with them I think they'll cross me off their VIP list with a really big pen

I had a similar experience a month ago - the courier lost 4 parcels a total of £250 worth of clothes (not sale items).
He says he put them over the back gate; but out of 5, there was only 1 there. I argued this with next and they have refunded me as long as I signed some kind of disclaimer to say that I wasn't lying (which clearly I wasn't otherwise I wouldn't have been on the phone!)
From then on, I have been having them delivered direct to store (which obviously you can't do with a bed). No more couriers for me!2022 Target - Reduce new mortgage balance after house move - Part 1 (Ported) Starting balance £39,982.12 currently £37,242.19 Part 2 Starting Balance £101,997.88 currently £96,197.38 (as at 19/04/2022)0 -

I've not had mid season VIP invites for the past couple of years but always had the Summer and Christmas ones, maybe there are different criteria for them?0
