I had a similar experience a month ago - the courier lost 4 parcels a total of £250 worth of clothes (not sale items).

He says he put them over the back gate; but out of 5, there was only 1 there. I argued this with next and they have refunded me as long as I signed some kind of disclaimer to say that I wasn't lying (which clearly I wasn't otherwise I wouldn't have been on the phone!)

From then on, I have been having them delivered direct to store (which obviously you can't do with a bed). No more couriers for me!

I've not had mid season VIP invites for the past couple of years but always had the Summer and Christmas ones, maybe there are different criteria for them?

Hope so, I don't really care about the mid.season, they're always crap
