Epson SX425W All-in-One Printer at Asda

Asda have the Epson SX425W all-in-one (scanner, printer, copier) wireless printer marked up at £47 (a very good price on its own), but when it goes through the till, it's only £40!

Not sure how long this will last, but if you're looking for a good bargain on a printer, get in there quick!

Just a tip, I find that Dixons (owns PCWorld and Currys) free delivery is quicker than amazon

I saw posted yesterday on another website the Canon Pixma MP550 all in one printer was selling for £10 in store at Tesco. Might be worth checking though might be store specific.

If you are going to use compatible inks with the 425W, these have 18ml black and 15ml colour at £8 a set, though check for other prices

If the 425W scans at £47, you could consider the 515W which has a better scanner and cheaper compatible inks with 19ml of ink per cartridge

Anyone know the Sort of price for the compatible inks for the canon pixma mentioned above? Found one site but didnt know which ones were best thanks

I would e-mail suppliers to ask the ink capacity per cartridge, have seen them from 9ml to 19ml so that would affect the pricing

I must say I have an Epson BX(something) which is an all in one office printer and it is a complete pain in the @rse when it comes to ink. Even if you want to print in black and white, and another colour has run out it still won't let you copy or print until the colour cartridge is replaced.

watch some of those seller they claim to be in uk but are in china I know cos I ordered with of them . so annoying !!!

Never had a problem using rextras, uk based and the inks usually
turn up within a couple of days
