natwest fraud refund timescale!

A friends son has had Money taken from his account. Does anyone know how long the they normally take to sort this kinda thing out?. It was for less to £200 but its just left him with just £10!

Money is usually refunded the same day pending investigations.0

Once it has cleared his account (ie not just held funds) once you report it, they refund it same day. They can take it back again if it turns out that it isn't fraud though.0 -
