Thats amazing that your working two jobs at 60. I want to save for my own house, and if you check a couple of other threads, quite a few other things too!.
So needs must0 -

Can I ring up and ask for a p46 to be sent to me through the post?
Also, I want to know how to go about this situation which is really confusing me. My second job will start first, because my main job I have to wait for the CRB to come back and I already have it for the agency. Is there a time-limit for handing in p45/46. Because I want to hand p46 to the agency but I think I will have to give them the 45 because that is were I will start first.
Could I wait a few weeks before handing in the p45/60 -
You don't need them to send you a p46, you can print it off from here http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/forms/p46.pdf
I think you are right about handing in your p45 to the job you get first, although I'm sure it wouldn't matter if you said you didn't have it and filled in a p46- but I'm not sure you could then hand the p45 to your second employer. Also anyone I have employed for has insisted on a p46 or p45 within the first week, so I have had situations where I have had to fill in a p46 because my p45 hasn't come through yet, and then handed in my p45 when it did arrive (a couple of weeks later).
If I were you I would hand in your p45 to whoever asks for it first, and then do the p46 for the other. When I did care work I had to declare if I did any other similar work, so you may have to tell your main employer about the agency anyway (but I am sure that wouldn't be an issue).0 -

yes, but is it ok to wait? the home knows I am on agency but the main job needs the p45 and the job I am not yet working will be the main job. Agency is just casual I took it because at the time nothing was going. I want to keep it up though for odd shifts to rake in extra cash0 -
I recall working for an agency in the past when I had other work and didn't provide a P45 or a P46. They simply deducted 20% (or whatever the standard rate was at the time).
Ticking C on the P46 would be OK - presumably you are still with an agency at the moment, even if you are not doing work for them every week or recently.0
