Had Kantar Media come round to my house with a questionnaire (National Buying Survey). Have been told to complete the 3 parts and I will be paid £15 for my trouble.
I want to check it is legit as it's a money transfer and that concerns me regarding all the scams with western union etc.
Anyone know?

I had the same thing last week - the guy on the doorstep was taking my comments down on a tablet type device and going so quickly I couldn't even check what he was putting in - except I did notice he ticked "Has mobile phone" (which I don't) without even asking. His coup de grâce was to turn the tablet around and ask me to complete a page saying "How would you describe you sexuality?" with a number of options that would have the Daily Mail in apoplexy.
This guy promised me £5 in advance and £10 on completion if I did their survey. No sign of the £5 yet. Their phone number has a curt but suave Answerphone message: "Don't call us, we'll call you" sort of thing.
I expect the next thing is they will ask for my bank account numbers so they can transfer £5 into it.
Personally I'm used to a proper Nigerian 419 scam - this sort of thing is CHEAP!!0 -
Kantar are the name of a big research company, I do shop and scan through them.
Of course it could just be someone claiming to be them!0
