Oh she is a beauty!
If you're going to the supermarket they may also do the Hi-Life wee tins which are a pate too which may be worth a try (my wee one doesn't like them which is a bit annoying) - cheaper than the Groumet and often 4 for £1.
I'll let you know when the Bozita arrives and will try the pate ones first.Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

Isn't she gorgeous!
My old girl could only eat pat! and she liked the Gourmet range which the supermarkets stock.
If ordering from Zooplus remember to do so through Quidco to get cashback. Free delivery over £19.00 too.0 -
OK - it's arrived.....
Opened a pouch of Reindeer Pate and thought "hmmmmmm not sure she'll eat that!" - however, I put it out and you'd have thought she hadn't been fed for a month the way it disappeared!:D
It's quite a thick but very soft / sloppy consistency and she was easily able to lick it.
Also opened a Beef Chunks in Sauce for my boy - the chunks are probably about the size of the ones in Whiskas/Felix etc but are very soft and easily mashed (I tried - much to Archie's annoyance as he was trying to get in to eat his tea!).
I've also got varieties of chunks in pate and chunks in jelly (obviously not tried yet).
Anyway, I would hope all the pate ones and the ones with chunks will be roughly the same consistency so this may be worth a try.
They're quite expensive on 1st look (about £1.10 each) but each pouch is just under 400g so it compares very well with the Gourmet (which would be about £2.15 for the same amount) - especially as she'd probably need several tins of the Gourmet each day if she's only/mainly eating wet.
HTH & please let us know how the wee one gets on.Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)

I just gave my adults Bozita for the first time, too. I'd ordered some a while ago, but was using up other stuff first. I think I ordered the fishy chunks in jelly (I order so much stuff I forget :rotfl:and being as it's all in Swedish, I have no idea what they're actually eating :rotfl::rotfl:).
Anyhoo, back to the point! The packages are good value for the amount of food in them. I would say that the chunks themselves would be quite large for Oliver's ragdoll from what you have described. However, as rising says, they are easily mashable. As for the all important taste test? My lot liked it, though they did not seem to be wild for it any more so than the Grau or tinned Applaws wet food that I give them. There are some wet foods they won't touch, though (e.g. Applaws in pouches), so a thumbs up from the jury in my house. For now at least. Until they get bored of it. Cats, eh?

Thanks very much everyone for the reports on Bozita. I'll be picking up some Gourmet tomorrow and I have a friend who is getting some Bozita and is going to give me one to try.
It's been a week since the last Op and she has returned to her perky self. My only problem at the moment is getting the anti biotics down her. As I crushed them up in the food and she ate around them, So time to try that pill giver i've never managed to use properly yet.
I have seen her go to the biscuits but I worry because they are quite big but she seems to try a couple of times and they drop out of her mouth and then she gives up. One thing I haven't got to worry about is she has never been fussy (unlike some of the other cats) so as long as it is physically eatable she should eat it.
I'm feeding her in a separate room at the moment so the other cats don't mug her'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'

So picked up some Gourmet Gold and she loves it
The size of the pieces are ideal size and quantities just right for her. I took a risk Tescos have a deal of 6 cans for 2.00 which is really cheap and cheaper than anywhere else and proportionally cheaper than buying pouches. So I bought 60 cans! Working on the theory if she doesn't eat it someone else will. Luckily she will. The offer is on until Sunday so I'm off again tomorrow to see if I can buy a load more. Might as well stock up while its at that price. 'The More I know about people the Better I like my Dog'

Great! That's fantastic.... so glad you've found something she likes and can eat easily.
I've spent a fortune trying other things but think I'm finally going to admit defeat and accept that they like Gourmet and try to bulk buy when on offer (the Bozita is being eaten but they def prefer the Gourmet).
Thanks for the tip about the offer @ Mr T's ..... off to have a look and see if I can get an order online!Grocery Challenge £211/£455 (01/01-31/03)
