Credit card limit query- affect on credit report?

i think with next its about how much you spend with them. my mum never pays her balance in full and always orders stuff increasing the balance and her credit limit occasionaly increases but never decreases.

i pay mine in full every month yet my credit limit with them is never the same month to month. when i ordered furniture the next month my limit had doubled, but when i didnt order much that month it more was then dropped to less than what it had been say 2 months previously!
