Will post full story later.
Yay!!! :T:T
Fab news!! Many congratulations and a uber cool birthdate to bootWhether you think you can or you can’t, you’re probably right ~ Henry Ford0 -
Checking in..congrats to all new mummies :j
DD1 has been back in hospital yet again with a horrible chest infection but allowed home for now.Just for the record,if anyone was thinking of trying it,sleeping on a rickety camp bed on kids ward for a few nights at nearly 38 weeks pregnant is NOT recommended:p
I have 5 sleeps till bump is evicted  Hubby had this week off to get things sorted for xmas but impossible with DD in hosp or at home needing nebs and feeds so hoping I won't need a section on monday or I'll be wrapping presents last minute.
Had an awful awful runny tummy then puking at 4am,then the pains really kicked in every 7 or 8 minutes.Hubby was even up gathering chargers and wallets and ready to ring my mum to come sit with the kids but pains are easing a bit so we'll seeBit stressful tbh because at the moment if I go into labour before monday we maywell have to take DD in with us because my mum won't have her when she's so poorly..hmmmm:eek:
Hope everyone is feeling ok..good luck to anyone ready to pop xxxxxSlightly mad mummy to four kidlets aged 4 months,6,7 and 8:D:D xx

Sounds like a nightmare Bump, hopefully baby stays put until eviction day!
I've got my feet up at the inlaws in front of an open fire. Everyones at work and I've got peace. May nod off if I'm not careful! The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -
oohh loving the piccies!!! gilly how are u hiding a big baby in their?? your bump is so neat???:) Also who ever said bump looks bigger in real life its funny that we quite to have like big tummies now!!!!!!!!!
Ah, there is reasoning behind that!Firstly, having spent years losing the last lot of baby weight, it is depressing to gain two stone and still have people ask if you're pregnant! I'd like something to show for all that weight. Also, while I measure normally, no-one seems interested that the scan said I'm growing a giant in there!

I'm the same, Aimlessmy bump is measuring normal or just under and the scan tells them I'm having a whopper.
3 weeks ago he was 3lb 6oz, fast forward 11 weeks if I get to that stage, what weight will he be?
MIL said it's just how she carried her boys aswell though, football out in front, nothing anywhere else, not that I'm complaining, do not want my face getting puffyThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -

Eat some carbs before going Jenjade, maybe it'l bloat you out
If only...
go with a full bladder too, it'l maybe help push it out a bit slightly. ( I know that's naughty but still)
Also I did read your post Mimi, couldn't reply earlier because I was on my phone and it drives me nuts at the best of times, bloody touch screen and my fat sausage fingers. I'm sorry you're feeling so low, hormones will not be helping in that aspect either. I think it's best to try and not worry about the birth/labour etc at the moment, you never know how it'l all pan out at the time. It's easy to be annoyed with OH, I know that better than anyone, but it's best to keep calm and think about your baby. If I was closer I would come and be your birth partner, probably scare the bejesus out of me right enoughThe frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0 -

Just popping in to see how you're all getting on! Congratulations on all the new arrivals, gorgeous names
Good luck to those due soon and good old labour vibes to those who are overdue (yes Lirin, aimed at you) - will keep popping in when Finn gives me five

Thanks! Have wondered if baby was a summer baby, would they be any more keen to come out! Apparantly I haven't dropped enough to make any difference, and it's 41 weeks tomorrow....
Will they still induce me on Sun if I haven't cleared this cold?
Hi Big Alf, and welcome.... and congrats yummy mummy!0 -

With the weather the way it is at the moment, I do not blame baby one bit for staying put, he/she is nice and cosy in there, what I wouldn't give to swap positions. The frontier is never somewhere else. And no stockades can keep the midnight out.0
