Any lawyers out there?
I'm in the process of taking a company called blackswan shoppe to court for not paying there bills. We have a contract in place and they have neglected to honour the terms of the agreement. They have already been fined by the bank for fraud on there web site, so you get the picture not a honest bunch. Anyway their lawyer has not responded to the court order to provide a witness statement. Does any one know if this is sufficient grounds to have there case struck out?
I wrote to them twice to remind them as well, was that the right thing to do?

Many thanks

P.S. in this circumstance it's their, not there
