I don't remember ever having a problem with uk mail, home delivery network on the other hand are on my avoid list. lose my stuff or i'm not home(while in all day) every time they call.

UPS took 9 attempts (over 9 days) to deliver a mobile phone.
I live in a place that has been here for over 50 years in the centre of a big city.

Edinburgh Castle has been there since the 12th century and is right in the town centre

work as a casual delivery driver it is not always so straightforward finding a house, so many streets where numbers go in no intelligible order, or gaps in numbers because those houses are down a small alley round the corner and down the road, but no signs to say where they are. Or the best is a long row of houses with long driveways and house names/numbers on the house, how to spot from the road? oh but the postman knows where we live!!!
with so many parcels to deliver and not enough time in the day someone is going to be dissapointed.
