Mobile Phone Prolem!!!

I use a basic Samsung phone pay as you go through Orange.
I txt my Son frequently but today I am sending txts and he is receiving them but I am not receiving his reply.Inbox is empty.
We can both txt and receive replies from our other contacts.
Please can anyone help?
Any advice would be welcome!

We are both with Orange and have tried deleting our numbers and entering again but no change!

Maybe try getting someone other than your son to text you - i.e. someone who is not on the same network as your son.
Its likely to be an issue with the networks having problems - one side or other. Phone to find out.
Also try emptying your old texts and ask your son to do the same - unlikely to help but worth trying everything.

Inbox both emptied and we have both tried another Network with no problen. Will call Orange tomorrow.

Thanks OAD Rang Orange and they did various checks.
They informed me that the phone was faulty. Argos replaced and now all ok. That is why I use Argos!!!!
