  • Viewers only wanted to look at the outside yesterday, spent 2 hours cleaning inside lol - had a call this morning to say that we have an offer of 120k. I did say we are looking ideally for 125k which i feel is a good price. Agents phoned back this second with another viewing this afternoon from a couple completing on there sale in 2 weeks.

  • Personally I don't like the only access to the conservatory being through the bedroom

I rejected a couple of places where you could only go to the garden through bedrooms

other than that good luck for the second viewing.

If you do take new pics do move the cot for the main bed one. Put it back after? Or put it under high bed for viewing days?

Declutter the windowsill for the photos in bed2 (and maybe temp take down the pics on the wardrobe), take a garden pic fform back toward house/deck, and spend 10 quid at b&Q for some pansies for colour.

And a colorful rug and 2 throws for the LR. These could be borrowed.
  • This is the main bedroom from another angle..theres still about 3 ft to the side of the bed missing so not cramped at all IMO..anyhoo, I need to keep the Baby so the cot has to stay ;)
