Mis Sold Car Warrenty

Hi,
I bought a car from carcraft 3 years ago and i have been going through all my finance paperwork to find out if i have any PPI claims, when i went through the car documents i discovered that not only had the little git salesman mis sold me PPI but also a warrenty, i was asked at the time of signing if i wanted PPI and refused it, he then asked me if i wanted an extended warrenty at a cost of £249. he gave me some leaflets which i read through and agreed to the warrenty. looking at the paperwork now the £249 was PPI which i have unsigned paperwork for and the warrenty was added to the car loan at a cost of £1750 PLUS the interest of the 5 year loan. he did tell me at the time that my monthly repayments would go up from the original offer of finance this was due to me not having the £250 to pay him so he deducted it from my £1500 deposit meaning i was no longer eligable for their special offer loan rate they were running at the time with a £1500 deposit, so not only was i mis sold the PPI the warrenty but im also paying 6.9% on the loan instaed of the much lower rate i would have got if my deposit was £1500 and not £1251 as it now was. Can i Claim this back and does anyone know where i nedd to start?
thanks
