Birmingham airport - facilities after checking in

Just wondered if anyone knows what facilities are available after checking in - Our daughter flies from there soon to represent GB in the world tae kwon doe championships in spain.
Is there a boots or simular to get a sandwich and drink for the flight?
Or is there somewhere to grab a burger etc brfore boarding.
