outlook express - help needed

Options
My wife's laptop has just come back from the menders. She cannot access outlook express at all now. It prompts her for a password but does not seem to recognise it. What is the best way to deal with this please.

Enter the password. You may also need to add the My server requires authentication settings to Outlook Express.

Sounds like it would be easier if you just create another account in OE, if you can't sort it out. see here for instructions.

I'm not aware that you can unless there is a plug-in available!

In OE Help, About, it would almost be version 6

The calendar you speak about may be confusing you as Outlook Express doesnt have one but Outlook does as standard.
  • Yeah Saucy it is Version 6, So do i get the outlook calendar then?
