outlook express - help needed

My wife's laptop has just come back from the menders. She cannot access outlook express at all now. It prompts her for a password but does not seem to recognise it. What is the best way to deal with this please.

I got to the properties box ok
there is a directory service account
the server name is "NULL"
the this server requires me to log on box is checked.
we are with tiscali

In OE Help, About, it would almost be version 6
The calendar you speak about may be confusing you as Outlook Express doesnt have one but Outlook does as standard.0 -
