I've got a few of each too. The brad st0ke one are excellent at giving dtd and where short staffed so had no one to remove the micro block stickers! Also, heard them say the tins of chocs are back up to 10 from 5. Off I went, found a 5 pound sel for the Xmas haribo boxes, and got dtd for them too.

The Tesco at eastg&te where not impressed when I found two barbie cars and argued a bit but I did get dtd in the end, although couldn't find any other dtd items there. Would have posted about the dtd on tins of chocs but am away for weekend and difficult to do on my phone so anyone feel free to do a thread on the Xmas boxes of chocs/sweets...

Hi, got two Barbie cars at BL L8icester, they had restocked as the one at the back had the sticker removed, with these and the sale toys, got most of xmas sewn up! Thanks again op!

i think i know why its happening....the cars are being prodcued/supplied etc to Tesco with the stickers on...Tesco arent putting them on in store....so when new stock comes in, its just going on the shelves without being checked.....i came to this conclusion after just coming back from a different store to my normal one...all the barbie cars had their stickers removed....looked up and on the very top shelf was a brown cardboard box with Barbie Convertible written on it....took it down, it was fully sealed...got my car key out and undid the packaging....to find 2 lovely shiny new Barbie cars- WITH the stickers on.....cue £50 cashback for me....and another 2 of my daughters friends birthday presents sorted!!!! Running out of stores local to try this on now...have one left on Monday to try.....but hopefully others will have some luck!!

Thank you so much for this! Just got my first ever DTD They had loads on the shelves, only got 1 as thought maybe they were actually half price now. Went through self scan (with SA watching me lol) with few bits, and yep, scanned at £25! Went over to CS for my refund and she went mad at some poor lad behind there, saying get a trolley out and get them all removed, Ive told them once. Also saw a fellow MSE'ers other half asking about them but dont know if they got one! So pleased so thank you OP

I have tried all my local stores and none in any of them....if anyone has spares I'd be happy to take them off you hands for my dd's xmas presents (of course I'd cover postage costs etc)

Found a sneaky one in Hull St Stephens today, the cars had had them ripped off and one school one on the shelf-the sticker was badly removed but then saw a lonely one on the shelf. would have been rude not to
