I'm sure everyone nows the details of how and what norton's auto-renewal is but the short story is they hide an agreement in their small print to enter you into an automatic renewal of their product when you agree to their terms and conditions when purchasing online.
I'm aware its legal that's fine, but we are know in a situation were by this money has been taken out to protect a computer that no longer exists, it has been replaced with a MAC.
I know how to opt out of auto renewal but is their any way whatsoever we can get the money back?
Also the product hasn't appeared on our account. I signed in but their is nothing in products or order history so i don't even know what product we are being charged for. I don't have access to it to download it if i wanted to say save face and use it on my own PC and pay my step dad for it.
They claim the following so where is it? They took the money on the 26th of August, thankyou for all help.

Your fist port of call should be their customer service team - they have a live chat facility (bottom left hand of page).
