If someone works for a school working 16.25 hours per week approximately 38 weeks per year are they entitled to working tax credits??

Yes term time workers can claim tax credits. I'm assuming you're a parent with the 16 hours and not a childless person where you have to work 30 hours per wek to claim tax credits.Hi Everyone,

If you work a regular number of hours a week, but only during the school term, put down the hours you work during term-time.I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!0 - 
            I work in a school and the hours go toward my 16 hours, and I've never had a problem with WTCMoving onto a better place...Ciao :wave:0
