Boots Grabbit Bargains Thread part 4 - post your finds here

They have loads of the £8.00 Botanics baskets reduced to £2.00 at Boots, Heeley Retail Park in Sheffield. Yes they work with the moisturiser - they are even promoting this fact underneath them!

I got an artists pallette yesterday but I think they are not as good a deal as the the £15 No.7 pallettes reduced to £3.75 that I picked a few up of today.

Only started reading this thread on Sunday night - so glad I did, have spent and saved a fortune over the last 2 days!

No, this was the AC machine printouts that someone had left by the T & G products which I was hoping to get but didn't. Should have picked them up then asked the question on here.

Hi Cabra1,
If you want one it is worth talking to the manager as this is now a discontinued item. My store in Romford they were also scanning at £15. They are half price online and people are reporting 50% and as much as 75% at other stores. I called head office yesterday and they said they should be 50% but if it is not scanning at £7.50 the manager could override this on the till but it is the managers discretion. You can also pay for this item with your points if you have any. Worth asking. Manager at Romford was very helpful and sold me 2 for £7.50 but when I checked the shelves after the other 3 or 4 had disappeared. Hope this helps.

anyone know if you can print out advantage coupons then use them in another boots store as I'm trying another store today?

Can't resist a bargain or 4. dd has locked her wardrobe and says no more Boots stuff allowed. How mean.

I tried this, when you could get the free 17 shimmer pearls with the self tan wipes but, ofcourse, they never had them in the big Boots with the AC machine. So I went to a smaller Boots and tried to use the AC voucher, I was told they couldn't take it because they didn't have an AC machine. I reckon this was just an excuse, as I'm sure they should take them.

I'd ring customer services for advice, as I'm sure they'd say you can, you'll then be able to tell any awkward SA what you've been advised.

The vouchers from the advantage cars machine will scan in any store regardless of whether they have a machine. The vouchers now have longer dates on and are not store specific. I used some from the whiterose in hudds the other day

Ive got a few of these moisturisers now, doesnt matter what order they go through the till, you still get the moisturiser free

theres loads more stuff online today - a bit of it is showing in stock but isnt but still plenty left when i was there 5 mins ago!!
